Assistant Manager – Wild Wing Cafe

Wild Wing Cafe is reopening in Columbus, GA, and we're looking for an energetic, dependable, and people-focused Assistant Manager to join our team!

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to keep the restaurant running smoothly, build a strong team, deliver an awesome guest experience, and make sure every shift brings the food, fun, and hospitality Wild Wing Cafe is known for.

What You’ll Do:

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help lead the restaurant by:

• Supporting the General Manager with day-to-day restaurant operations

• Leading, motivating, and developing team members

• Creating a fun, welcoming environment for guests and employees

• Ensuring excellent food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality

• Helping recruit, train, coach, and retain great team members

• Managing shifts and making sure the restaurant is properly staffed

• Monitoring labor, food costs, inventory, and other operational goals

• Ensuring company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed

• Handling guest concerns and finding solutions that keep guests coming back

• Supporting opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily restaurant administration

• Leading by example and jumping in wherever the team needs you

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal Assistant Manager:

• Has three years previous restaurant management or supervisory experience

• Is a strong leader who knows how to motivate a team

• Provides excellent guest service

• Communicates clearly and professionally

• Can work in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment

• Is organized, dependable, and able to handle multiple priorities

• Understands basic restaurant operations, including labor, food cost, inventory, and scheduling

• Is available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Is committed to creating a positive workplace where people enjoy coming to work

Salary: $65,000 + bonus
