Comapny Setup Executive

• Handle UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company setup processes.
• Advise clients on appropriate business structures, legal entities, jurisdictions, and business activities based on their requirements.
• Assist clients in selecting suitable company structures, including ownership and licensing options.
• Handle trade license applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
• Coordinate documentation and applications with relevant government authorities and Free Zone authorities.
• Guide clients regarding business activities, legal structures, licensing requirements, and company formation procedures.
• Handle visa, immigration, establishment card, and other related business setup processes.
• Maintain client records and ensure timely completion of applications.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in business setup and company formation.
• Strong knowledge of UAE business structuring, legal entities, company ownership structures, Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions.
• Knowledge of UAE government portals, licensing, and documentation processes.
• Strong communication, advisory, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client applications and meet deadlines.
