Print Account Manager

The role

We’re looking for an organised, client-focused Print Account Manager to join our team and work closely with the Senior Account Manager in managing a key client account.

This is an important role within the account team, supporting the Senior Account Managerwith the day-to-day management of the client relationship and taking responsibility for coordinating print projects from brief through to delivery and maintaining stock levels of key products.

You’ll work closely with the client and our internal production and artwork team, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting the Senior Account Manager with the day-to-day management of the client account Acting as a key point of contact for the client on ongoing print projects Taking and managing client briefs Preparing quotations and processing orders Coordinating multiple print projects and deadlines Liaising with artwork studio and production, Monitoring jobs through production and keeping the client updated Checking specifications, costs, proofs and delivery requirements Resolving queries and addressing issues promptly Maintaining accurate account and project records Helping to identify opportunities to improve service and develop the account Providing regular updates to the Senior Account Manager on project progress, costs and client requirements

About you

We’re looking for someone with experience in print, who is keen to develop their career within a busy client account team.

You’ll have:

• A good understanding of commercial print and production processes Excellent organisation and project management skills Strong attention to detail Confident communication skills The ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities The ability to build positive relationships with clients and suppliers A proactive, practical and solutions-focused attitude

Pay: £25,420.00-£44,600.33 per year
