Position Summary:
As a Comfort Advisor, you’ll meet with homeowners to assess their plumbing and electrical needs and present customized solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor throughout the repair, replacement, or upgrade process - helping customers feel confident, informed, and taken care of from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess HVAC needs
• Present recommended solutions clearly and professionally, with upfront pricing
• Build trust and strong relationships with homeowners
• Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with plumbing and electrical teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-ups using CRM tools

Qualifications:

• Experience in in-home sales, plumbing, electrical, or home services preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
