Run in-home consultations for system replacement, on appointments the homeowner booked for that purpose. You measure the house, run a Manual J load calculation, evaluate ductwork and electrical, and present written options that do not expire. If the existing system can be repaired instead, you say so and put the repair cost next to the replacement cost. You are never dispatched to take over another technician's service call.

What we look for:

• Consultative in-home or high-ticket sales experience, solar and other home improvement backgrounds transfer well
• Genuine mechanical curiosity, the load calculation is the job rather than paperwork around it
• Willingness to recommend a repair over a replacement when that is the honest answer
• Clear written documentation, your proposal is what the install crew and the permit package are built from
• Valid Nevada driver's license with clean record

Compensation: $80,000-$250,000 OTE (on-target earnings), base plus performance. Where you land in that range is driven by close rate and average ticket, not by tenure. We discuss the specifics in the first conversation, and you should ask about how the two components fit together.
