Comfort Advisor- HVAC

Harts Plumbers, Electricians & HVAC Techniciansis looking for a dynamic Comfort Advisor to be the ultimate guide for our customers. This is a high-reward, commission-based role focused on turning complex heating and cooling needs into confident buying decisions using our proven service process. Your Mission (What You'll Do):

• Build and present accurate, multi-option estimates for new/replacement HVAC systems alongside our technical experts.
• Present proposals (in-person/Zoom), explain financing options, and conduct necessary follow-up to ensure sales close.
• Ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation by coordinating closely with the Install, Dispatch, and Service teams.
• Meet and exceed ambitious KPIs (sales, revenue, close rate, etc.).

The Details:

• Position Type: Full-time, Commission-Based (High earning potential!)
• Schedule: shifts vary - generally 7AM – 5PM or until completion. Occasional weekends required.
• Tools: Must be proficient with mobile devices, iPads, and industry software for job management.
