Job Scope of Command Centre Executive

• Handle inbound/outbound calls including registration.

• Recruitment function including posting of recruitment advertisement, sourcing candidates via various platforms, and offer managements

• Manpower scheduling and report attendance

• Report attendance and submit operation reports;

• Recruitment function including posting of recruitment advertisement, sourcing candidates via various platforms, and offer managements

• Monitor routine reports to ensure timely completion

• Prepare monthly service report and other reports

• Coordinate the reporting of defects and deal with complaints, queries, and suggestions received;

• Escalate abnormalities and system errors detected to the technical team

• Check daily report for enhancement

• Attending to customer queries and concerns in a timely manner and professionalism

• Deal with calls/messages from customers, gather customer feedback, and implement interventions to enhance the quality of services.

• Assist user to sign up and basic troubleshooting

• Daily frontline operations to ensure good and timely delivery of services to customers.

• Record and keep track customer feedback and daily reporting

• Other duties as assigned from time to time

✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
✔ Excellent problem-solving & multitasking abilities
✔ A team player with a proactive attitude
✔ Willing to work 12-hour shifts, 6 days a week
