What they need
- Execution of production schedule in compliance with production and quality parameter.
- Safe keep the feed formulation to secure it's confidentiality.
- Ensures accurate encoding of formulation code, type of material and inclusion rate.
- Operate the batching, grinding, mixing and bagging efficiently.
- Maintain the inventory of material at sufficient level.
- Ensure that procedures are religiously followed.
- Ensure that all generated reports are complete and timely submitted in every end of shift.
- Performs daily recording of activities and updates in logbooks.
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean working environment.
- Follow safety protocols and required PPE's to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform checking of display weight vs actual weight of batch weigher and PLP every month end.
