Commerce Operations Executive

About the role

The Commerce Operations Executive is the operational spine of the company's online direct-to-customer (D2C) storefront, owning the day-to-day running of the D2C storefront so that every order, listing, and promotion is executed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product listings on the online storefront, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability across the catalogue.
• Plan and execute pricing and promotional campaigns in line with commercial targets and seasonal calendars.
• Coordinate order processing end-to-end, from checkout through to fulfilment, liaising with logistics and warehouse partners.
• Monitor and resolve fulfilment issues (stock-outs, delivery delays, order errors) quickly to protect the customer experience.
• Track and triage customer-facing operational issues, escalating to the appropriate team where needed.
• Maintain SOPs for daily storefront operations and identify opportunities to streamline workflows as order volumes grow.

About you

• Preferably 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, retail operations, or order management.

• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Candidates with studies in Business Administration, E-commerce, Marketing, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields will have an advantage.

• Comfortable working hands-on in e-commerce platforms and back-office order systems.

• Strong attention to detail and a bias for getting the basics right, consistently.

• Able to work cross-functionally with logistics, customer service, and commercial teams.

• Calm under pressure when resolving live order or fulfilment issues.

• Experience in the FMCG, food, or grocery e-commerce space is a plus.
