Commercial Account Manager- RIBO

Primary responsibilities include:

• Providing our internal and external clients with prompt and professional service in commercial Insurance

• Sell new policies/write new business to existing or new clients, retain existing book of business

• Preparing proposals, binders, letters, certificates, and accurate processing of endorsements and invoicing

• Handling activities and follow-ups in TAM

• Handling routine inquiries and facilitate processing requests

• Contact Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy

• Review Policy changes and documents to ensure correct coverages have been added

• Keep current on underwriting rules and workflow processes Actively participate in training initiatives

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years Commercial Lines brokerage servicing experience
• RIBO License required

Skills:

• Proficient with Word and Excel;
• Must have a good understanding of commercial property, casualty and auto insurance products
• Be a team player with sound work ethic
• Detail-oriented and a quick learner
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Experience with The Agency Manager (TAM)
• SALARY is negotiable based on experience.

Pay: $48,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
