Commercial Administrator / Team Coordinator

The Commercial Administration role:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the property management team
• Coordinate tenant communications, ensuring smooth relationships and timely responses to queries
• Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and monthly financial reports
• Assist with lease documentation, renewals, and compliance tracking
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to schedule maintenance and ensure service standards are met
• Maintain accurate records including insurance, WHS, and contractor compliance documentation

• High attention to detail
• Min 12 months experience in real estate
• Must hold a qld real estate certificate
