Commercial Analyst

Role Description The Commercial Analyst is a part-time remote role responsible for supporting commercial decision-making and performance optimization for Café Amazon Vietnam. On a day-to-day basis, this role analyzes sales, pricing, promotional activities, and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. The Commercial Analyst prepares regular reports and dashboards for management, collaborates with finance and commercial teams on forecasting and budgeting, and provides data-driven recommendations to enhance revenue and profitability. This role also contributes to evaluating new commercial initiatives, supports market and competitor analysis, and ensures information is presented clearly to internal stakeholders to guide strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
• Commercial acumen, including understanding of sales performance, pricing, promotions, and market dynamics.
• Foundational finance skills, such as budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial analysis.
• Effective communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Customer service awareness and understanding of customer behavior in the retail or F&B sector.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in commercial or analytical roles is an advantage.
• Interest in the coffee, F&B, or retail industry and willingness to learn about Café Amazon’s brand and operations.
