Senior Commercial Analytics Manager (Cambridgeshire / Hybrid)

We are partnered with a fast-growing life sciences organisation seeking a Senior Commercial Analytics Manager to lead its commercial analytics capability. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will turn complex data into clear recommendations that support business performance and strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analysing commercial performance, trends, risks and opportunities
• Supporting forecasting, planning and scenario modelling
• Developing KPIs, dashboards and performance frameworks
• Translating data into practical recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Supporting decisions relating to sales, products, customers and investment
• Improving reporting through automation and standardisation

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, commercial finance or sales operations
• Strong Excel and Power BI or Tableau skills
• Experience supporting forecasting and commercial planning
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical or life-sciences experience would be beneficial
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience would be beneficial
