The Opportunity
Reporting into an experienced Finance Business Partner, you'll work closely with operational leaders across multiple regions, helping them understand business performance and make better commercial decisions.

This is a role that goes well beyond month-end reporting. You'll analyse trends, build business cases, challenge performance, partner with stakeholders and contribute to budgeting, forecasting and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to improve business performance
• Deliver commercial analysis across sales, margins, labour and profitability
• Prepare forecasts, budgets and period-end reporting
• Develop business cases for commercial initiatives and investment decisions
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities and recommend practical solutions
• Support strategic projects and ad hoc commercial analysis
• Build relationships across finance and the wider business

About You

• CA qualified or nearing completion
• Experience within Big 4, Mid Tier or a Commercial Analyst position
• Naturally curious with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills
• Confident communicator who enjoys partnering with stakeholders
• Ambitious, driven and eager to build a long-term commercial finance career
