该职位来源于猎聘 Job Summary We are looking for a Commercial Analytics Analyst to turn data into actionable business insights and support data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. In this role, you will develop dashboards, analytical models, and reporting solutions while helping improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and business visibility. Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Analytics & Reporting
• Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and business insights.
• Develop and maintain business KPIs, analytical models, reports, and dashboards to support performance management and decision-making.
• Improve data quality, consistency, and standardization through data governance and process optimization.
• Business Enablement
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into practical analytics, reporting, and visualization solutions.
• Use tools such as Tableau, FineBI, Power BI, SQL, and other analytics platforms to deliver effective data solutions.
• Provide analytical support for business planning, performance reviews, forecasting, and commercial initiatives.
• Promote data literacy and best practices through training, documentation, and ongoing support to business users. Qualifications
• Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Data Analysis, Finance or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, sales operations, financial analysis, or related analytical roles.
• Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, FineBI, or Power BI; experience with Python, R, ETL, or data governance is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, logical problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional and multinational environment.
