Commercial Analytics Director

Commercial Analytics Director | Greater Chicago | Onsite

I’m currently partnered with a growing specialty fragrance & flavor business in the Greater Chicago area that is looking to appoint a Commercial Analytics Director.

This is a newly important role within the commercial organization, with significant visibility across the business and direct exposure to senior leadership.

The successful individual will take ownership of the data and analytics that drive commercial decision-making, including:

• Revenue forecasting, pipeline health and sales performance

• Customer, product and account profitability analysis

• Margin analysis and identifying opportunities to improve commercial performance

• Building dashboards, KPIs and reporting for senior leadership

• Identifying account growth, cross-sell and whitespace opportunities

• Partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Operations and Creative

• Coaching and developing a small sales support/analytics team

• Improving CRM/ERP data quality and developing more effective reporting and automation

I’m particularly interested in speaking with sales analytics, senior commercial analytics, sales operations, revenue operations or commercial finance professionals who have worked within CPG, specialty chemicals, fragrance, flavor or B2B manufacturing environments.

💰 $140K–$190K base + incentive + benefits + relo package if needed
