Commercial & Construction Senior Associate/Partner | Philadelphia Suburbs | Hybrid

This role focuses on both commercial and construction litigation matters involving clients such as developers, homebuilders, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

This is your opportunity to work at highly regarded midsize suburban Philadelphia law firm on an unposted Senior Associate/Partner level role for their Commercial and Construction Litigation group (no book of business required!)

Qualifications:

• Admission to practice in PA and eligible to waive into NJ
• 8 + years of commercial/construction experience
• Prior trial experience
• Experience handling complex cases involving construction defects, change order disputes
• Need to have reliable transportation and valid Driver's License to attend client meetings etc.
