Commercial and Operation Representative (Based at Airport Office-KLIA)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with airport authorities, ground handling agents, and internal departments to ensure on-time aircraft turnaround.

2. Monitor and oversee all ground handling operations, including catering, fueling, baggage loading/unloading, and related activities.

3. Supervise and support passenger services throughout check-in, boarding, and arrival processes.

4. Serve as the primary point of contact between flight crew, ground staff, and airline operations control during aircraft turnaround.

5. Ensure all necessary flight documents are accurately prepared, authorized and delivered on time.

6. Respond promptly to operational disruptions, delays, or emergencies and implement recovery procedures as directed.

7. Assist with daily flight operations reporting and contribute to continuous improvement of ground processes.

Requirements:

1. Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English, as the role involves frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

2. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

3. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and time management.

4. No criminal record and able to pass all required background checks.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Minimum Diploma qualification.
