Commercial Applicator

Lawn One is looking for a dependable, motivated, and experienced Commercial Applicator to join our growing team. This is a full-time, year-round position with responsibilities ranging from applying fertilizer, chemicals and lawn care during the green season to snow removal during the winter.

Position Overview

As a Commercial Applicator, you will play an important role in maintaining residential and commercial properties throughout the season. You will be responsible for operating company vehicles and equipment, completing services efficiently and accurately, maintaining equipment, and communicating with customers. During the winter months, this position transitions into snow removal and winter property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

· Safely operate a company truck and trailer to and from job sites

· Maintain residential and commercial properties to high-quality standards

· Apply fertilizers and chemicals safely and accurately

· Properly operate, clean, and care for application equipment and tools

· Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance

· Identify property needs and make sound, real-time decisions in the field

· Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

· Communicate professionally and courteously with customers

· Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and application requirements

· Assist with snow removal and winter operations as needed

· Help provide a clean, organized, and professional work environment

· Work as part of a team while taking initiative and demonstrating leadership

Requirements

· Valid Commercial Applicator License

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

· Experience driving a truck and trailer required

· Previous commercial application, lawn care, landscaping, or related outdoor industry experience

· Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

· Availability to work approximately 40–50 hours per week during the green season

· Monday–Friday, weather permitting

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Positive attitude and professional demeanor

· Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player

· Ability and willingness to take on leadership responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

· $25–$30 per hour, based on experience

· Full-time, year-round employment
