Commercial Assistant

Main Responsibilities :

1. Create, deactivate, and manage access and roles for Sales, key users in Indesso Apps.
2. Own the accuracy of core data in Indesso Apps, including SKU master, price list, and product database.
3. Conduct weekly checks on Apps health, including price sync. Escalate anomalies to IT quickly.
4. Act as Tier-1 helpdesk for Indesso apps issues. Log bugs, track tickets with the IT/Digital Product team, and provide Sales with SOPs or workarounds until issues are fixed.
5. Train new Sales, on Indesso Apps and SF modules, including campaign, and Collection.
6. Monitor SF usage metrics, including project conversions and data completeness. Drive adoption with ACM and PMs
7. Input and maintain pricing data SAP for daily, weekly, and monthly.
8. Pull and clean data SAP for weekly, and monthly sales reports, campaign and AM / PM dashboards.
9. Upload campaign mechanism to SF. Validate field execution and claim submissions against the plan.
10. Flag trends from SF data, including slow-projects update low visit productivity.
11. Act as Commercial’s voice in Indesso apps / SF development. Translate business needs into system requirements.
12. Ensure Indesso apps and SF reflects field realities. Resolve data and sync issues with back-office teams.

Requirements :

1. Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
2. Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Commercial, Sales Admin, or System Administration.
3. Advance in Excel, familiar with SAP, basic SQL and Power BI.
4. Strong attention to data accuracy and ability to trace mismatches.
5. Willing to be employed as contract-based employee (PKWT).
6. Placement in Head Office, Cideng, Central Jakarta.
