Responsibilities:
- Prepare, mix, shape, proof, and bake different types of bread.
- Maintain consistent bread quality, size, texture, and taste.
- Follow recipes, production schedules, and hygiene standards.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment properly.
- Monitor dough preparation, proofing, and baking temperatures.
- Minimise wastage of ingredients and finished products.
- Keep the production area clean, organised, and safe.
- Work with the bakery team to meet daily production targets.
- Report equipment faults, production issues, or shortages to management promptly.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience
