Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, reception areas, and other designated spaces within commercial facilities
• Use appropriate cleaning tools and supplies to ensure surfaces are sanitized, dust-free, and spotless
• Maintain janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when stock needs replenishing
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent standards of hygiene
• Dispose of waste responsibly and recycle materials according to company policies
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards identified during cleaning tasks
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment for all staff and visitors
• Show kindness and respect to those around you establishing the example of how to treat one another in the day to day.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and efficiently within scheduled timeframes
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety protocols is advantageous
