Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of vacant apartment homes, commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation, thorough appliance cleaning.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health standards across all environments.
• Use cleaning equipment and detergents effectively to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and outdoor areas when applicable.
• Manage manual handling tasks cleaning supplies safely and efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain organized cleaning schedules, manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly, and ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned within designated timeframes.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures.
• Expertise in floor care including floor cleaning, polishing, and maintenance of various flooring types.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces such as countertops, windows, appliances, and outdoor fixtures.
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and environmentally friendly products to promote sanitation.
• Ability to perform carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques for stain removal and deep cleaning.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about their expectations.
• Experience in outdoor work environments including patio or exterior surface cleaning when necessary.
• Good manual handling skills for heavy lifting tasks while maintaining safety protocols.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple client locations.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices for residential properties to ensure consistent quality standards.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
