What You'll Be Doing

As part of the Clean Crew team, you'll help keep offices, businesses, and commercial facilities looking their best.

• Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, and other commercial spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling and restock supplies as needed.
• Perform detailed cleaning to ensure every space meets our quality standards.
• Operate commercial cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, buffers, and carpet cleaning machines when trained and assigned.
• Assist with specialized floor care, including scrubbing, waxing, and buffing when needed.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling cleaning products and equipment.
• Work independently or alongside teammates to complete cleaning assignments efficiently.
• Take pride in the little details that make a BIG difference!

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to doing things right.

• Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly, professional attitude with good communication skills.
• Comfortable with physical work, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Experience with commercial floor cleaning equipment is a plus.
• Willingness to learn, improve, and help teammates succeed.
