Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces
• Clean carpets and upholstery using specialized equipment to remove stains and dirt effectively
• Restock supplies including paper towels, soap dispensers, and other essentials to ensure continuous availability
• Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure environmental compliance
• Maintain cleanliness logs and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
• Use environmentally friendly cleaning products whenever possible to promote sustainability

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and stripping is highly desirable
• Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work standards
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
