Job Summary

Luxury Clean Janitorial Solutions is seeking dependable, hardworking Commercial Cleaners to join our team at a manufacturing facility. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, follow instructions, maintain professional standards, and consistently show up for their scheduled shifts.

This position requires individuals who are physically prepared to perform commercial cleaning duties in an industrial work environment. We need team members who are serious about employment, dependable, and ready to work.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout designated areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and replace liners as needed.
• Clean and maintain assigned workspaces.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment properly.
• Complete assigned tasks within the designated shift.
• Maintain consistent attendance and communicate promptly regarding scheduling issues.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout a shift.
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment as required.
• Willingness to follow facility-specific safety procedures.
• Professional attitude and commitment to completing assigned work.

Specific shift hours and assignments will be discussed during the hiring process based on facility requirements and applicant availability.

• Hourly pay ranging from $10.00 to $12.00, based on assigned position and experience.
