Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring a safe and pleasant atmosphere for all occupants. This role is crucial in upholding the standards of hygiene and cleanliness within our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high-quality results.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas that require additional attention or maintenance.
• Dispose of waste materials in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
• Follow established protocols for cleaning procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Knowledge of safe handling practices for cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.
