Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff, ensuring efficient and thorough cleaning of commercial spaces such as offices, industrial sites, hospitality venues, and healthcare facilities.
• Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and sanitation procedures to promote a safe and effective work environment.
• Monitor cleaning operations to ensure adherence to established safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to verify quality standards are met and identify areas for improvement or additional training.
• Manage scheduling, assign tasks, and oversee team performance to optimize productivity and maintain high service levels.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, address concerns promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, safety incidents, equipment maintenance, and supply inventories to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning with a strong background in custodial services or janitorial work.
• Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within a cleaning or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management techniques.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team effectively.
• Strong communication skills suitable for managerial interactions with staff and clients alike.
• Familiarity with managing laundry services or housekeeping operations is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
