Commercial Cleaning Technician

Job Overview

Kapex Cleaning is looking for reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. Our technicians are responsible for cleaning commercial facilities as well as residential homes and apartments.

We provide training and clear cleaning systems to help you succeed. Team members who work efficiently and maintain high quality standards have opportunities to earn performance bonuses.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas
• Change bed linens when required
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
• Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain professionalism and respect client preferences and instructions

Experience

• Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment is helpful
• Experience in hotel or janitorial cleaning is a plus

Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Good time management
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting
• Clear communication and professionalism with clients

Pay

$18 – $22 per hour depending on experience
Performance bonuses available for quality and efficiency
