Commercial Co-Founder

Acasta (https://acastatech.com) launched in beta in October 2026 and is now going to market. We’re looking for a commercial co-founder to work alongside our CTO co-founder, who built the platform. You can be CEO if you'd like. The first order of business for both co-founders is to demonstrate customer traction through design partnerships and early sales.

What you’ll own

• Customer traction: securing design partners among resource funds, family offices and royalty companies, running pilots, and closing our first institutional customers. You’ll be the public face of Acasta.
• Fundraising and partnerships: pitching investors, data partners and mining media together with your co-founder.
• The investment lens behind the product: how we interpret drill results and resource updates, how we value juniors (EV/oz, P/NAV, stage risk), and what we tell users.

Who you are

• A former equity research or investment analyst, sell-side or buy-side. Mining, metals or resource coverage is preferred but not required.
• A founder at heart: you’ve always wanted to build your own company, and you enjoy winning customers.
• Relentlessly hard-working, with a genuine interest in junior miners.

Location: Greater Toronto Area preferred; remote in Canada or the US also works.

Compensation: This is a co-founder role with co-founder-level equity in place of cash compensation.
