Requirements:
- Recent direct employment with a medium-to-large commercial general contractor.
- Independent estimating experience on commercial projects valued at $20 million or more.
- Takeoff software, Excel, BuildingConnected, and strong subcontractor relationships.
- Mentoring experience.
