Commercial Construction Project Coordinator

The Commercial Construction Project Coordinator supports the successful execution of commercial construction projects from post-award through closeout. This position assists Project Managers with project documentation, tracking, change orders, billing coordination, and closeout activities while ensuring project information is accurate, organized, and up to date.

Responsibilities

• Project Setup: Organize contracts, project documentation, and required project information.
• Project Execution: Support Project Managers with documentation, tracking, correspondence, and project administration.
• Change Orders & Billing: Track change orders and coordinate required billing documentation and approvals.
• Project Closeout: Manage closeout documentation, waivers, and other required project records.
• Maintain accurate and organized project files in Procore and other company systems.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous construction coordination or project administration experience.
• Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial construction experience preferred.
