We're Hiring: Commercial Construction Project Manager

GU Construction is an established General Contracting Company that offers maintenance and repairs services to multifamily and commercial properties across the Texas area.

We're growing and we're looking for a Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will:

• Lead and manages projects from proposal to completion.
• Establish and maintain clear communication with property managers, clients, subcontractors, and the GU Construction team.
• Create and manage construction project schedules.
• Manage budgets.
• Establish and maintain subcontractor coordination.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality checks throughout each project in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with permitting, code requirements, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Experience or education in managing commercial or multifamily construction/renovation projects.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable coordinating subcontractors and vendors
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Based in or willing to work in the Austin, TX area.
• A team player that is comfortable with hands-on feedback.
• Ability to problem solve and adapt to changing situations.
