Commercial Construction Project Manager

We're partnering with a well-established commercial general contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects throughout the Milwaukee market. This role is ideal for a construction professional who has successfully managed projects from preconstruction through closeout and enjoys working on technically challenging developments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project management experience
• Experience managing both ground-up construction and major renovation projects
• Proven ability to deliver projects from award through occupancy
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and contract administration experience
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams
• Local Milwaukee market experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects
• Lead client, architect, and subcontractor coordination
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, and cost control
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Execute project buyout and procurement activities
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and on schedule
