Responsibilities

• Lead work crews across multiple job sites simultaneously.
• Coordinate manpower and ancillary equipment usage.
• Ensure materials are readily available to keep projects on track.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
• Work after hours and weekends on occasion.

Qualifications

• Reliable mode of transportation.
• Physical abilities to work in a rigorous environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while working efficiently.
• Proficiency in reading charts, diagrams, plans, take offs, submittals, specifications.
• Experience in doing take offs of Duct, making duct cut sheets, doing piping takeoffs.
• 10+ years of HVAC experience.

Compensation

Starting from $58,000.00 per year, based on experience.
