Role Summary:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. This role ensures all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate has strong communication and relationship-building skills, visionary thinking and problem-solving, flexibility in a dynamic environment, and empathy. We value and respect punctuality, reliability, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities: (partial list)

• Oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, architects, and clients.
• Resolve on-site challenges and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Requirements:

• ?Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent (5+ years preferred).
• ?Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• ?Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• ?Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• ?OSHA certification and familiarity with industry standards.
