Commercial Coordinator

Location: Mexico (Office based in Toluca)
MUST be Mexican national.

Join our team as a Commercial Coordinator and play a key role in supporting global aviation operations and commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive trip quotations
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Finance teams
• Analyze trip costs, permits, handling, fuel, HOTAC and related services
• Provide exceptional customer service to international clients
• Research airport requirements, supplier pricing and operational restrictions
• Maintain quotation records and support process improvements

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of aviation industry experience (business aviation preferred)
• Experience in trip support, dispatch, flight operations, airport operations or aviation customer service
• Fluent English (written & spoken) – Spanish and any other language is a plus
• Strong analytical, numerical and communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
