Commercial customer advisor in call reception

Foundever is recruiting for its Casanearshore site customer advisors for call missions.
In this context, you will be responsible for:
Contacting customers intending to cancel.
Developing the client portfolio
Marketing and promoting products,
Identifying customer needs, advising them and proposing solutions adapted to their needs, while respecting a charter set by management.
Ensuring qualitative and quantitative objectives set by management are met

Main responsibilities

Profile Sought

From a Bac and above education,
First experience in a call mission is desirable.
A good level of French (oral and written),
A sense of listening and service,
Good knowledge of IT tools,
Diligent, involved, punctual.
