Commercial Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Overseas Sales Coordinator/Commercial Customer Service Representative to support our international customers and sales team throughout the order management process. This role will be responsible for customer order follow-up, shipment and delivery coordination, sample orders, marketing materials, logistics, account reconciliation, and payment collection. The ideal candidate has solid experience in overseas customer coordination, strong communication skills, and a high level of ownership and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on overseas customer orders and coordinate shipment arrangements and delivery schedules.
• Assist the sales team in maintaining customer relationships and managing customer orders.
• Follow up on customers’ marketing materials, delivery schedules, and logistics arrangements.
• Follow up on sample orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle customer account reconciliation, payment collection, and related matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience in overseas customer order coordination or sales order management, with solid knowledge of order management processes.
• Familiar with overseas order coordination processes and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, responsible, detail-oriented, and highly accountable. Experience in team management is preferred.
