Commercial Delivery Driver

Zito Media is looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute equipment promptly to our technicians in the field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes using GPS coordinates or street addresses
• Follow routes and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
• Complete logs and reports
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Driver will be on-call for last minute deliveries that arise.
• May need to drive in adverse weather conditions, nights & weekends as needed.
• Assist field technicians with installation of network equipment when driver services are not needed.
• Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned or as become evident.

Requirements

• Must be reliable and responsible.
• Must have a valid/active driver’s license.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record without any traffic violations
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug test immediately upon being hired.
• High school degree or equivalent GED.
• Able to work a variety of schedules in order to provide needed coverage, for both normal duty and on-call duty.
