POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduate to join our Commercial Development Team within the Confectionery business for a one-month internship. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience within one of the world's leading food and beverage companies while supporting day-to-day commercial activities and gaining exposure to the Confectionery category.

A Day in the Life

As a Commercial Development Intern , you will:

• Support the execution of commercial development initiatives within the Confectionery business.
• Conduct market visits to monitor product availability, promotions, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Gather and analyze market insights to support business recommendations.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business updates.
• Support project follow-ups and collaborate with teams to ensure timely execution of activities.
• Contribute to ongoing category development projects and commercial priorities.

What Will Make You Successful

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Eager to learn and gain practical corporate experience.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to contribute and take initiative.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
