Commercial Director

The Commercial Director leads the day-to-day commercial organization and owns delivery of approved B2B and B2C revenue targets. Reporting to the COO, this hands-on leadership role integrates Business Development, Clinic Success, Commercial Marketing & Growth, and Partnerships & Affiliates into one high-performing commercial engine. The ideal candidate is a commercial builder — someone who can diagnose performance gaps, strengthen pipeline and forecasting discipline, coach experienced sales talent, and translate strategy into measurable execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Life Sciences or related field; MBA an advantage.
• 8–12+ years of progressive sales, business development or commercial experience, including 4–7 years leading teams, with proven ownership of significant revenue targets.
• Background in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare, aesthetics, wellness or consumer health strongly preferred; experience with physician, clinic or hospital accounts is a strong advantage.
• Exposure to both B2B/key-account selling and B2C/premium consumer businesses, and to managing multiple sales channels or revenue streams, is a plus.
