Commercial Division Manager

Renewyx is partnering with a commercial general contractor to find a Commercial Division Manager to lead and grow its Indianapolis office.

This is a build-the-business role. You’ll run the office hands-on, coaching the project management team and stepping into projects where needed. You’ll also own new business, meeting architects, owner’s reps and developers and turning those relationships into projects. The financials and forecasting sit with senior leadership, so your time goes to clients and your team.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲:

• Lead business development for the Indianapolis market and build the project pipeline
• Coach and mentor the Project Manager, Assistant PM, Project Engineer and Superintendent
• Step into live projects to support delivery, safety and quality
• Lead client presentations and project interviews

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:

• A background on the project management track, moving into preconstruction or client-facing business development
• Commercial experience, such as galleries, theaters, community, mixed-use or high-end finishes
• A record of winning new work or growing client accounts

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 (𝗯𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱):

• Projects of $20M or more
• An established Indianapolis network
• Bachelor’s degree
• OSHA 30

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿:

• $150,000 to $170,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Performance-based bonus
• Monthly car allowance and company phone
• ESOP and 401(k) with company match
• Medical, dental and vision coverage
• Permanent and fully on-site in Indianapolis, with relocation considered
