We are looking for a strong Electrical Foreman who is ready to take ownership of projects and lead crews that take pride in their work. This is not just another foreman position — we’re looking for someone who wants to lead, mentor electricians, and help build great projects and great people.

Our jobs typically range from $500,000 to $1,000,000 , and you will play a key role in keeping projects productive, organized, and safe while developing the next generation of electricians.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage electrical crews on commercial construction projects ($500K–$1M)
• Plan daily work, coordinate manpower, and keep projects on schedule and productive
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, other trades, and general contractors
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and craftsmanship
• Use construction management software and digital tools to track progress and communicate with the team
• Mentor and train apprentices and journeyman electricians , helping them grow in skill and confidence
• Identify and solve field challenges quickly to keep work moving

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading crews on commercial electrical projects
• Experience managing projects in the $500K–$1M range
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and installations
• Ability to read plans and manage field coordination
• Experience with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid, or similar
• A leader who takes pride in developing people , not just completing work
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

$41.00 - $45.00 per hour
