Commercial Electrical Supervisor - Bunbury

Core Talent is a proudly Australian Owned Company providing maintenance and engineering solutions and resources in the mining, infrastructure and construction industries.

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our Tier 1 clients team in Bunbury. This is a permanent Monday to Friday position overseeing a major $30Mil commercial project in the South West.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise commercial electrical installations from start to finish.
• Lead and mentor electricians and apprentices.
• Coordinate daily site activities and labour requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and WHS legislation.
• Liaise with project managers, builders and clients.
• Monitor project progress, quality and productivity.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Promote a positive safety culture across all projects.

About You

• Current WA Electrical Licence
• Proven experience supervising commercial electrical projects
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Current Drivers Licence
• Full Australian working rights
• Based in Bunbury or surrounding suburbs - no accommodation is provided

• Permanent full-time employment with a Tier 1 Electrical contractor
• Monday to Friday (8-10 hours per day) with Saturday overtime as and when required
• $62.50 per hour + pens + allowances + super
