TEAM Electrical is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our Projects team and help deliver commercial construction projects across Perth.

This is a permanent Perth-based role with no FIFO, working closely with experienced Project Managers and supported by an established site and management team.

About TEAM

TEAM Electrical has been operating in Perth since 2003 and delivers commercial electrical projects across apartments, retail and shopping centres, education, healthcare, warehouses and major developments.

We continue to grow and are looking for another experienced Supervisor to join our Projects team long term.

The Role

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of electrical works onsite, working closely with the Project Manager, builder and wider project team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating electricians, apprentices, subcontractors and suppliers
• Labour planning and short-term programming
• Coordinating works with builders, consultants and other trades
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and project requirements
• Planning materials and coordinating deliveries
• Managing day-to-day site procurement and material requirements
• Identifying RFIs, variations and changes to scope
• Monitoring labour and material performance with the Project Manager
• Managing quality, testing, commissioning and project documentation
• Maintaining strong safety standards and TEAM procedures
• Providing leadership and direction to the site team
• Building good working relationships with builders, clients and consultants

About You

We are looking for someone with:

• Current WA A Grade Electrical Licence
• Current Australian driver’s licence
• Strong commercial construction experience
• Previous experience in an Electrical Supervisor position
• Good knowledge of commercial electrical installations
• The ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and construction programmes
• Strong labour and material planning skills
• Good communication skills with builders, consultants, subcontractors and site teams
• A practical approach to solving problems onsite
• Strong safety awareness
• The ability to lead a team and take ownership of the job

Experience on larger commercial construction projects will be highly regarded.
