As we expand our footprint in Belgium, we are seeking a driven and versatile Technical & Commercial Lead to spearhead our operations, develop our market presence.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background paired with outstanding commercial acumen. This is a leadership role, focused on driving business growth, managing resources, and expanding client relationships. We are looking for a self-starter with proven experience in engineering, sales, and human resource management within the industrial sector pharma and chemical. Other field of expertise are welcome and to assessed. You will report to the Belgium Country Manager and collaborate with the colleagues of the other countries when synergies have to be found.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the agency’s operations in Belgium, ensuring growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with the direction to establish strategic plans to expand the agency’s market presence.
• Identify our customers’ demand and propose the suitable supply with terms and conditions
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing technical team.
• Manage project delivery, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.
• Oversee budget planning, allocation, and management to ensure the agency meets financial targets.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a technical-commercial role, preferably in the some of the industrial field covered by Sygma Group.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, and team management.
• Strong experience in human resources, recruitment, and employee development.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (both written and verbal).
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to navigate complex technical discussions and translate them into business opportunities.
