What they need
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in electrical quantity surveying within construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, small power, ELV, and containment systems.
- Proficiency in electrical quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and variation management.
- Experience in interim payments, subcontractor evaluations, and final account preparation.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant quantity surveying or estimating software.
