COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Executive to support and manage the company's commercial activities, including tender and proposal preparation, quotation, costing, client coordination, contract administration and business development support.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial documents.
• Coordinate supplier quotations and pricing comparisons.
• Manage Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and invoice documentation.
• Follow up with clients on quotations, orders, documents and payments.
• Assist with contracts, NDAs, RFQs and commercial records.

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related field.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in commercial, tender, business development, sales support, contract administration or related roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Organised, accurate, proactive and willing to learn, collaborate and meet deadlines.
• Experience in electrical, solar, renewable energy, construction, engineering, EPCC or O&M is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of quotation, tender, proposal and commercial documentation.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and follow-ups.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel when required.
