WHAT WE NEED?

1. Education, Certifications & Experience (Hard Requirements):

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or equivalent discipline.
• Professional Certifications: Training or certification in Problem Solving, Effective Communication, Presentation, Value Vision, B2B Sales, or Freight Forwarding preferred.
• Work Experience: 1 to 2 years of B2B customer service, preferred account management experience in a shipping line, port/ICD terminal, logistics, or freight forwarding company.
• Language Skills: Fluent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese.

2. Functional Skills:

• Client Inquiry Management & Customer service delivery
• Service Quotation Preparation & Tariff Application (Breakbulk, Arising Charges, Value-Added Services)
• Commercial Data Analytics, Reporting & MS Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Market Research, Intelligence Mining.
• Ability to develop marketing design, poster and video making. Familiarity with AI tools.
• Understanding of Port/ICD Services, Ocean Shipping is a plus

WHAT YOU DO?

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned clients, shipping lines, BCOs, and freight forwarders to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts
• Attend and present at external client meetings and internal alignment sessions as required.
• Prepare, issue, and follow up on official service quotations for shipping lines and BCOs, encompassing container handling, breakbulk, arising charges, and value-added services.
• Monitor service delivery execution to ensure full alignment with quoted terms and customer expectations.
• Work closely with internal departments and suppliers/vendors to develop new project solutions and close business opportunities.
• Perform commercial data analysis, compile accurate performance statistics, and prepare regular commercial reports for CCO review.
• Provide data-driven insights to support commercial strategy formulation and tariff reviews.
• Act as the core interface between clients and internal departments (Operations, Finance, Billing) to resolve inquiries and operational issues promptly.
• Contribute to improvements in commercial systems, tools, and practices.
• Collaborate with the Operations Department to positively influence terminal productivity and work methods to meet client SLA requirements.
• Enforce absolute confidentiality of corporate data, customer contracts, quotations, and commercial information in all duties.
• Set an exemplary standard in complying with company policies, including Staff Manual, IT Guide, HSSE Manual, Letter of Authority (LoA), and Anti-Corruption Policy.
• Actively participate in HSSE activities and report hazardous conditions or near-misses immediately.
